Milwaukee, WI – December 1, 2025 — Centurion Legal Services LLC, a Milwaukee-based law firm known for its personalized approach to estate and tax planning, today announced a strategic merger with the estate planning practice of Angermeier & Rogers LLP, one of the region’s respected and long-standing estate planning and long-term care and asset protection firms.

The combination brings together two client-focused firms with a shared commitment to relationship-based service, trust, and multigenerational legal counsel. The Angermeier & Rogers LLP estate planning practice group will operate under Centurion Legal Services effective January 1, 2026.

“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to building long-term relationships rooted in trust, discretion, and tailored legal guidance,” said Peter Smiley, Founder at Centurion Legal Services. “We’re honored to continue the legacy of Angermeier & Rogers while helping our clients safeguard what matters most — their families, their businesses, and their legacies.”

Estate planning clients of Angermeier & Rogers will continue to work with the same attorneys and staff they are familiar with, while gaining access to Centurion’s additional services in tax planning, business succession planning, and estate strategy. All estate-planning personnel from Angermeier & Rogers will remain with the practice, and existing estate plans will continue to be fully valid and enforceable. Angermeier & Rogers, LLP will continue providing award-winning legal counsel through its disability practice group.

“We have spent decades earning the trust of families and business owners across Wisconsin. Joining Centurion allows us to continue serving those clients with the same level of care, while expanding the resources and strategies available to them,” said Mark J. Rogers, Senior Estate Planning Partner at Angermeier & Rogers LLP. “We’re confident our legacy is in good hands.”

This practice merger embodies a strategic, client-centered approach to succession within the legal profession, ensuring continuity for current clients while positioning the combined firm for long-term growth. The firm will host several welcome events for clients, referral partners, and community members to meet the expanded team.
