Catholic Financial Life Appoints Sara Walker as Vice President of Investments
MILWAUKEE (March 17, 2021) – Catholic Financial Life announces the addition of Sara Walker as its new vice president of investments. Walker will be responsible for oversight of the organization’s $1.7 billion investment portfolio, managing relationships with outside investment partners to coordinate and assure the development of appropriate investment strategies. Walker will join the Catholic Financial Life team on April 1, 2021.

Walker has an extensive background in investment strategy, most recently serving as senior strategist and regional director of investments for BMO Private Bank. Prior to that, she served as chief economist and investment officer for Associated Bank and was a portfolio manager for Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Bank. Walker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

In addition to her career experience, Walker is very involved with the Milwaukee community. She currently serves on the board of SecureFutures, and previously served on the boards for TEMPO Milwaukee, Lad Lake Milwaukee, Milwaukee Public Museum and CFA Society of Milwaukee. She is also the meal program coordinator for Three Holy Women/All Saints Catholic Church. Her volunteer experience and commitment to the community align well with Catholic Financial Life’s faith-based and community-focused mission.
