Three performances are scheduled: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5; 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6; and 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7. All take place in A. F. Siebert Chapel on the Carthage College campus, 2001 Alford Park Drive.

This year’s theme, “To Wake the Sky,” will feature performances by the Carthage Choir, Carthage Wind Orchestra, Carthage Philharmonic, Carthage Treble Choir, Vox Ignis, Voces Aquae, and Lincoln Chamber Singers. Nearly 200 student performers will fill Carthage’s chapel with music. Each performance ends with a reverent Service of Light where audience members join in singing “Silent Night, Holy Night” by candlelight. This year’s concert will feature the traditional Wassail Carol and George Frideric Handel’s “Hallelujah” chorus from Messiah.

Concert-only tickets are $14.
