Boucher Real Estate LLC recently purchased the 7.7 acre vacant land site located at N81 W12920 Leon Road in Menomonee Falls, WI for $1,309,000. Paul McBride represented the Seller, Burke Business Park II LLC. Mike Judson of Judson & Associates represented the Buyer. This land site is part of the Westbrook Corporate Center Industrial Park.
