(Milwaukee, WI – March 20, 2023) – On May 5th from 12-5 p.m., Wisconsin’s top bartenders will go head-to-head in a showcase and competition like no other. In partnership with Bittercube and Heirloom Liqueurs, the event will take place at Two Birds Event Group’s flagship venue, The Ivy House (906 S. Barclay). Weather permitting, the indoor-outdoor event will combine the art of mixology and fierce competition and break in the Ivy House’s dreamy, Ivy-drenched patio.

Each bartender will craft original cocktails imbued with the distinct botanical flavors of Bittercube Bitters and Heirloom Liqueurs, showcasing their creativity, skill and ingenuity. As guests sip on these tantalizing concoctions, they will have the opportunity to cast their vote for their favorite cocktail creation. Special guest hosts and a panel of esteemed judges from around the country will lend their expertise to the event and up the ante. “Prepare for an unparalleled sensory journey as Wisconsin’s premier bartenders unite to curate a bespoke seasonal menu, showcasing a rich tapestry of cocktail styles,” says Bittercube founder Ira Koplowitz.

Guests can also purchase delicious bites from local food trucks, complementing the flavors of the cocktails. And to keep the party going, there will be live entertainment lined up to delight and dazzle throughout the afternoon.

Tickets are available for purchase prior to the event through Eventbrite. The $30 early bird ticket is available until April 5th. After that, tickets are $40 per person and includes 12-15 cocktail samples.  Whether you’re a devout cocktail aficionado or just in search of a Sunday fun-day, the Botanical Battle Royale is poised to deliver an experience like no other. This isn’t just a cocktail competition, it’s a celebration of artistry, flavor and community.
