GLENDALE, WI – [December 15, 2022] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale of a multi-tenant retail shopping center located at 5312-5336 N Port Washington Road in Glendale, Wisconsin. Carly Gallagher Kelly of Blue West Capital represented the buyer in the transaction, a private investment group out of Minnesota. The Seller was a local Wisconsin-based investor.

Bayshore Plaza consists of 13,763 square feet and is 100% leased to a complementary mix of national and local tenants, including WingStop, Gyro Palace, Fast Signs, Lee Kong Chinese Restaurant, and a new national tenant. The property is situated down the street from the 1.3 million square foot open-air center, Bayshore Mall, in the affluent and dense north shore community of Glendale. The immediately surrounding demographics have average household incomes over $130,000 within a one-mile radius and 124,000 people within a three-mile radius. Located on N Port Washington Road, a major thoroughfare in the north Milwaukee suburbs, and with easy access and visibility to I-43, the subject property has over 126,000 vehicles passing by per day.
