Statement from Alderman Bob Donovan November 17, 2016
To my contacts in the news media: I’m begging you to please make an open records request for all the complaints we’ve received about the escalating crime, especially drug dealing and prostitution — and poor police response — on the south side.
And to the mayor, the chief, and Alderman Hamilton: What would you suggest I tell these constituents?
