Appeals Court Judges Joe Donald and Maxine White endorse Judge Jon Richards

MILWAUKEE COUNTY — Judge Jon Richards, Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Branch 30, announced today he has received the endorsement of two judges on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Judge Joe Donald and Judge Maxine White.

“Judges need to not only consider the community they live in, but the lives the law affects,” said Judge Joe Donald. “As an active member of his community, both in his public service, volunteer work and private practice, Judge Richards has made it his mission to be active in and advocate for his community.”

“Judge Richards is committed to working with individuals and organizations on policies that address racial disparities in the criminal justice system,” said Judge Maxine White. “I am confident he will be a judge that rules fairly and with compassion, treating every person who enters his courtroom with dignity and respect.”

“I am honored to have earned the support of Judge Donald and Judge White,” said Judge Jon Richards. “They are both impeccable stewards of Justice, and I aim to bring our shared values to my work both on and off the bench.

The general election will be held on April 6, 2021.
