An Olive Branch to Doctor Fortis

Doctor Louis Fortis graciously offered me an opportunity to answer questions from the audience after Tuesday’s Candidate’s Forum.

Doctor Louis Fortis graciously offered me an opportunity to answer questions from the audience after Tuesday’s Candidate’s Forum. In principal I declined because it was my heartfelt desire to be given equal time with my opponents, and to have my comments weighed equally with theirs. In my heart, I am an egalitarian.

Doctor Louis Fortis’ kind offer also negates any arguments I may have about the partisan nature of that night. While by declining, I preserve my protest against the inequity and, in my humble opinion, the undemocratic nature of the proceedings.

Doctor Louis Fortis asked my spouse why I did not run as a Democrat, she told him “He believes in the Pirate Party.”

This is why I am a Pirate: because the Pirate Party movement is an International movement based on a consistent adherence to human rights, and reflects the spirit of both the Bill of Rights as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Follow the links at and discover for yourself people who share goals “such as protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the digital age, consumer and authors rights-oriented reform of copyright and related rights, support for information privacy, transparency and free access to information.”

Vote Pirate, because a Pirate victory will be a shot over the bow of the enemies of The People in both parties. Vote to end the hypocrisy of those who cling to party power rather than break free in defense of human rights. Vote Pirate for Liberty.

Vote Joseph Thomas Klein, Wisconsin Pirate Party (WIPP),19th Assembly on November 4th.

Chris Abele’s Pledge to MPS and its Students Neglects Democracy

We are engaged in a struggle for democracy against the oligarchs, influential capitalists who want to control the government in order to benefit personally, often at the expense of the common citizen.
