Alderman Kovac invites residents to stuff Santa’s sleigh tomorrow

Phoenix is seeking nonperishable food, monetary and in-kind donations to the Hunger Task Force.

Milwaukee Alderman Nik Kovac invites residents to pitch in as Phoenix Care Systems provides aid to the needy ahead of the holiday season with the “Stuff Santa’s Sleigh” event on Tuesday, December 4th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Phoenix is seeking nonperishable food, monetary and in-kind donations to the Hunger Task Force. Consumers of Phoenix’s behavioral healthcare services will also be selling goods they have produced, including hand-made seasonal greetings cards and wooden ornaments, with the proceeds to benefit the Hunger Task Force.

Parking is available south of the Phoenix Care Systems location at 1744 N. Farwell Ave., and immediately behind nearby Zaffiro’s Pizza.
