Alderman Kovac invites 3rd District residents to Milwaukee Fire Department Community Relations Open House

Alderman Nik Kovac encourages all 3^rd District residents to join the Milwaukee Fire Department for a fun-filled open house. The free event will take place TOMORROW, SATURDAY, MAY 5 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 1693 N. Franklin Pl.

Hosted by the Community Relations Section of the Milwaukee Fire Department, the family-friendly open house will feature a Mobile Survive Alive House, a fire engine, an opportunity to use a fire hose, hands-only CPR classes, and kids’ games. The firefighters will also provide pizza straight from MPD’s wood-fired pizza oven.

“This is a fun and engaging event that allows the community to get to know their local firefighters. I invite all residents to check out the pizza oven, learn CPR, or chat with a firefighter,” said Ald. Kovac.
