Alderman Kovac invites 3rd District residents to Milwaukee Fire Department Community Relations Open House
The free event will take place Saturday, May 5th.
Alderman Nik Kovac encourages all 3rd District residents to join the Milwaukee Fire Department for a fun-filled open house. The free event will take place TOMORROW, SATURDAY, MAY 5 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 1693 N. Franklin Pl.
Hosted by the Community Relations Section of the Milwaukee Fire Department, the family-friendly open house will feature a Mobile Survive Alive House, a fire engine, an opportunity to use a fire hose, hands-only CPR classes, and kids’ games. The firefighters will also provide pizza straight from MPD’s wood-fired pizza oven.
“This is a fun and engaging event that allows the community to get to know their local firefighters. I invite all residents to check out the pizza oven, learn CPR, or chat with a firefighter,” said Ald. Kovac.
