AJ Bombers Debuts Extended New Menu, Featuring Chicken

(Milwaukee) — AJ Bombers is showing fans just how clucking good chicken can be with the launch of its extended new menu, featuring chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and more.

“At AJ Bombers, we know burgers,” says Alex Sazama, Executive Chef of Hospitality Democracy restaurant group. “Now we’re thrilled to give our guests another way to enjoy AJ Bombers by bringing high-quality and crave-worthy chicken items to our menu.”

The extended menu includes sustainably sourced chicken that is brined in buttermilk and lightly breaded by hand for the ultimate chicken tenders. Guests will also enjoy new chicken sandwich options like the Buffalo Bill with fried or griddled chicken, tossed in house-made buffalo sauce and topped with coleslaw and bleu cheese.

On the lighter side, AJ Bombers is introducing a new Grilled Chicken Salad with southwest ingredients, a classic Wedge Salad and a Hail Caesar chicken wrap. AJ Bombers continues to serve award-winning smash burgers and crowd-favorite appetizers.

What new menu item is a can’t-miss? “The Chicken Cone & Fries, without a doubt,” says Chef Sazama. “Think chicken and waffles, but better!
