Additional suspects criminally charged in connection to homicide of beloved community member
On Tuesday, September 15, 2020, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued additional criminal charges against Antoine Alphonse Jr. and issued criminal charges against Diamond P. Harris and Jeremiah Johnson, in connection to the death of Filigonio Ramirez-Montez that occurred on Friday, August 28, 2020, on the 2100 block of South 11th Street.
Antoine Alphonse Jr. was charged with one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide – Party to a Crime, two counts of Armed Robbery – Party to a Crime, one count of Flee or Elude an Officer, one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, one count of Endangering Safety by use of a Dangerous Weapon and eight counts of First Degree Reckless Endangering Safety. If convicted, he could face life in prison along with an additional 208 years and 6 months in prison and fined up to $450,000.
Diamond P. Harris was charged with one count of Felony Murder – Armed Robbery – Party to a Crime, one count of Armed Robbery – Party to a Crime and two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent – Party to a Crime. If convicted, he could face up to 107 years in prison and fined up to $210,000.
Jeremiah Johnson was charged with two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent – Party to a Crime. If convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison and fined up to $20,000.
