MILWAUKEE — Attorney Dan Adams joined two other 19th Assembly District candidates at a forum last week to discuss issues important to Milwaukee residents.

Noticeably absent from the debate was candidate and Milwaukee County Board Chairwoman Marina Dimitrijevic, who backed out of the forum just hours before it began.

During the first public forum of the campaign, held May 1st by UW-Milwaukee’s College Democrats, Adams showed his passion for the 19th District and an excellent grasp of the issues facing Milwaukee residents.

“Our district deserves a representative that will be available to all of its residents to hear concerns and share policy stances. The open exchange of ideas is essential to a healthy democracy.” Adams said following the forum.

Adams, a former Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney, lives in Milwaukee’s Murray Hill neighborhood with his wife, Gabrielle.

The 19th Assembly District includes Milwaukee’s East Side, Downtown, Third Ward, and Bay View neighborhoods.
