A Celebration of Ending Homelessness-A Pathway Home
Join us in celebrating and honoring women who are making a difference in ending homelessness
MILWAUKEE, WI – The Cathedral Center will host its annual Pathway Home event to honor women making a significant impact in the community and to raise funds for women and families at The Cathedral Center’s (CCI) Emergency Shelter. This event will take place on Wednesday, July 24th at The Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery, 923 W. Juneau Ave. Milwaukee, WI from 5 pm-8 pm.
The highlight of the evening will be the celebration of community leaders through the Woman of the Word and Inspire Awards. We are proud to announce Jeanette Dvorak as the 2024 Woman of the Word honoree.
Jeanette Dvorak, owner of Mainstream Boutique and Access Boutique in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward, has been a steadfast supporter of our Employment Services Program through her annual Glitz & Glam event for the past decade. Her passionate business approach empowers women in our community, making her a role model for female leadership.
“For 22 years, Cathedral Center has helped women and families with children overcome homelessness or housing instability,” said Donna Rongholt-Migan, Executive Director of The Cathedral Center. “We are proud to partner with individuals like Jeanette who share our commitment to building a strong foundation for women and families in our community.”
