As a teaser for Mason Street Grill’s upcoming Chef’s Counter Series based on the movie ‘Fried Green Tomatoes,’ Chef Kenneth will open up his kitchen for an exclusive morning of cooking!
This event will highlight ingredient selection and specialized cooking techniques as Chef Kenneth walks guests through an intimate view of upscale meal preparation ending with a menu tasting.
The featured menu will include: Smoked Gouda and Poblano Stone Ground Grits, Cajun Remoulade Sauce, and Fried Green Tomatoes.
Guests will also enjoy Mason Street Grill’s classic ‘Mason’ Jar cocktail.
Space is limited to 20 guests.
