The Marquette University Symphony Orchestra presents their fall concert at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8 at the Varsity Theatre, 1326 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI. This performance is free and open to the public. The symphony, lead by Maestro Erik Janners, presents a concert of electric dances.

For this performance, the symphony strings will featured on Giuseppe Verdi’s Sinfonia for Strings (based on his String Quartet in E minor). Also on the program will be The Capriol Suite by Peter Warlock, Choreography for Strings by Norman Dello Joio, and Danzas de Panama (Dances of Panama) by William Grant Still.
