SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel by Jackson Street Management. The building is located across N. 4th St. from the Wisconsin Center convention center and is connected to the city skywalk system. The renovation was completed in 2016.
The building has 90 parking stalls according to city records.
In 2008 the first floor retail space was home to the Barack Obama campaign office.
