A 1.25-acre parcel would be made from the reconfiguration of 607-627 E. Summerfest Pl., 639 E. Summerfest Pl. and 100 N. Marshall St.
Designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects.
FPC canceled the Third Ward location in May 2022 and said it was considering other venues in Milwaukee.
