Thirty-eight unit apartment building proposed for 1728 N. 6th St. by a partnership of Thirty Six Blocks and Haywood Group. Would be developed on site of what was originally to be City Place Three (2017 plan).
Project secured low-income housing tax credits in 2020.
Three-story building is being designed by Engberg Anderson Architects. Commonwealth Construction would serve as the general contractor.
