MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Today, MAGA Congressman Tom Tiffany said he’d repeal the minimum mark-up on gas, a policy County Executive David Crowley has championed since June. Crowley has campaigned on repealing the minimum mark-up on gas, which will help ease the pain of gas and diesel prices caused by Congressman Tiffany and Donald Trump.

“Finally, something Congressman Tiffany and I can agree on—gas and diesel prices are out of control,” said Democratic gubernatorial nominee David Crowley. “The difference is I will actually address this issue while Congressman Tom Tiffany will do what he’s always done—say one thing and do another. Just like Congressman Tiffany’s extreme agenda, the policy is outdated and forces Wisconsinites to pay more. But repealing the gas markup won’t change the fact that Tiffany has voted every time to continue Trump’s war of choice with Iran. Congressman Tiffany will only deliver lip-service; I’ll get rid of this old policy and lower costs for working families.”

Gas and diesel prices are surging from the Iran war, raising production costs for farmers and manufacturers, who are already being crushed by Tiffany and Trump’s tariff taxes.
