Alderwoman Coggs Announces Bronzeville Art Walk Winners
Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs is pleased to announce the winners of the Together We Dream: Bronzeville Art Walk, the annual Bronzeville Week capstone event that uplifts local artists.
2026 winners include: Kelly Kincaid, Best of Show Art Walk Winner, and winning business location HoneyBee Sage Wellness; and Sharon Hill, Student Scholarship winner, and winning business location Pete’s Fruit Market. This year’s awards were sponsored by YWCA Southeast Wisconsin. Art Walk participants had their pieces featured at four locations throughout Bronzeville Week – MLK Library, Pete’s Fruit Market, HoneyBee Sage Wellness, and Pilcrow Coffee. The capstone event to recognize all participating artists was held on Saturday, August 8, at Salute Society.
“I want to thank all the great participants in this year’s Bronzeville Art Walk, especially those who contributed their art and services to the community,” Alderwoman Coggs said. “These displays showed great creativity, originality, and value for cultural inspiration in relation to this year’s theme, Together We Dream. I am honored to recognize these wonderful artists for their outstanding work.”
