On July 30, Birch will host its Trattoria Pop-Up, an evening of Italian wines and small plates. Expect salumi, crudo, crostini, antipasti, and, of course, pasta. Chef Kyle Knall will work both the kitchen and dining room, slicing Italian meats tableside, while Partner, General Manager, and Sommelier Jeff Cleveland curates a selection of Italian wines designed for sharing.
