Fatal Milwaukee Crash: Suspected Drunk Driver Arrested After Collision Kills 47-Year-Old
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on Sunday, June 21st , 2026, at approximately 1:15 a.m., on the 1100 block of W. Greenfield Ave.
A vehicle crossed the roadway then struck another vehicle in transit, killing the driver. The victim, a 47-year-old, was treated for life-threatening injuries and succumbed to those injuries on scene. It is suspected that the driver of the striking vehicle was impaired. A 24-year-old suspect was arrested on scene in connection with the accident, and charges will be referred to the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office for review.
