Wisconsin Family Action Releases 2025-2026 Legislative Scorecard
12 state legislators earn 100% for their work in most recent session
Madison, WI – Today, Wisconsin Family Action (WFA) released its updated 2025-2026 Legislative Scorecard giving its assessment of how all thirty-three State Senators and all ninety-nine State Assembly Representatives did this past legislative session. The session began in early January 2025 and floor activity concluded in March of this year.
This past session, eight senators and four representatives earned a 100% score from WFA, meaning on all items scored, these legislators agreed with WFA’s position.
Senators receiving a 100% score are Julian Bradley (R-SD 28), Rachael Cabral-Guevara (R-SD 19), Rob Hutton (R-SD 5), André Jacque (R-SD 1), Chris Kapenga (R-SD 33), Stephen Nass (R-SD 11), Romaine Quinn (R-SD 25), and Rob Stafsholt (R-SD 10). Representatives achieving a 100% score are Lindee Brill (R-AD 27), Joy Goeben (R-AD 5), Adam Neylon (R-AD 15), and Chuck Wichgers (R-AD 83).
“When the votes were hard, these legislators didn’t flinch. Earning a perfect score from WFA reflects a consistent, principled record that Wisconsin families can be proud of. We invite every citizen to look up their elected officials on our Scorecard and see exactly where their representatives stood when it mattered most,” said Sam Krebs, WFA legislative director.
A number of legislators also finished out the session with scores in the 80%-90% range.
“We also want to recognize the many legislators who scored in the upper range of our Scorecard,” Krebs commented. Wisconsin Family Action is grateful for those who consistently chose to stand with Wisconsin families. Regardless of their score this session, we encourage all legislators to use this Scorecard as a roadmap to stand boldly for Wisconsin families.”
This edition of WFA’s Scorecard scores six bill floor votes, one joint resolution, and one author/co-sponsorship or committee vote in the state Senate; and eight bills, one joint resolution, and two author/co-sponsorship or committee votes in the state Assembly.
