Milwaukee, WI — The Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based trial and litigation law firm, Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown (GRGB) is thrilled to announce that Partner Kristin Leaf has been honored as part of the BizTime’s “Notable Leaders in the Law” 2026 roster.
Kristin Leaf joined Milwaukee-based Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown in November 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the courtroom. In her current role as an attorney and partner, Leaf leads the firm’s family law department. Throughout her career, she has also handled criminal defense, civil litigation, and guardianship cases involving both children and adults. She also has training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution and is a mentor to all departments at the firm.
Leaf has successfully litigated a Wisconsin Supreme Court case resulting in a client’s inclusion on the National Registry of Exonerations. She represented the client at trial, on appeal, before the state Supreme Court and again on remand, securing dismissal of the criminal case and resolving the related child custody matter.
