MADISON, Wis. (Dec. 18, 2025) — The UW Credit Union Board of Directors has appointed two Wisconsin business leaders to its board: Vicki Bernards, corporate finance and strategy leader at Wisconsin Physicians Service Corporation, and Roberta (Robbie) Oldenburg, director of business development, science and technology at Findorff.

“Vicki and Robbie are both members of the credit union who believe in our mission and community focus,” says Paul Kundert, president and CEO of UW Credit Union. “Their respective business expertise and specializations in finance and technology are core focus areas in serving our growing membership. Both are natural networkers and community stewards for equity and financial wellness. We’re honored to lean on their counsel and utilize their deep Milwaukee and Madison roots to give all members a voice.”

Bernards and Oldenburg both attended University of Wisconsin schools, UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee, respectively.

The UW Credit Union board of directors is composed of volunteers who are active credit union members. This group governs the overall direction of UW Credit Union by establishing guiding policies and monitoring management performance within that framework. Fellow credit union members elect board members. For more information, visit www.uwcu.org/about-us/corporate-governance.
