‘Holidays on The Hop’ Returns to Milwaukee’s Streetcar

Milwaukee – The Hop, presented by Potawatomi Casino Hotel, is once again spreading the spirit of the season as “Holidays on The Hop” returns this December. The streetcar will play host to live, holiday-themed music performances along with holiday cookie giveaways on three Sunday afternoons during the holiday season.

“The Hop is the easiest way to experience the joy of the holidays in the heart of downtown Milwaukee,” said Commissioner of Public Works Jerrel Kruschke. “There are countless events and attractions to enjoy throughout downtown — including our wonderful holiday performances right on board The Hop. So hop on, take in the sights and sounds, and celebrate all that Milwaukee has to offer this holiday season with a safe, convenient, and free ride on the streetcar.”

‘Holidays on The Hop’ is once again highlighted by a music series featuring live, holiday-themed performances right on board the streetcar. Each Sunday from Dec. 7 through Dec. 21 from 4-6 p.m., streetcar riders will be treated to live performances of classic holiday-themed tunes. During each of these events, riders will also enjoy a free holiday cookie courtesy of Baird Center and Levy Restaurants. The complete music schedule is as follows:
