Milwaukee, WI — Milwaukee County Parks in partnership with Milwaukee Downtown and Business Improvement District #21, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the new Downtown Dog Park, a vibrant new space for pets and their people in the heart of the city. Located at 103 W. Clybourn Street, the park will officially open with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 20, at 3:00 p.m., followed by a festive “Yappy Hour” celebration from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The park features separated large and small dog areas, artificial pet turf, and water stations. The site also features a public riverwalk and new pedestrian connections. It is managed by a non-profit partnership between the Milwaukee Downtown and Historic Third Ward business improvement districts.
