Supervisors Coggs-Jones and Johnson, Jr. to Host Joint 2025 Budget Town Hall
MILWAUKEE – Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Second Vice-Chair Priscilla Coggs-Jones, and Supervisor Willie Johnson, Jr. will host a joint town hall meeting on the 2025 Milwaukee County Budget at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center at 1531 W. Vliet Street. The event is a chance for residents to voice their opinions on the 2025 recommended budget and will include remarks from the Supervisors, as well as representatives from several Milwaukee County departments.
“This is an opportunity for residents to listen, engage, and voice their ideas and concerns about the governance of Milwaukee County,” said Supervisor Johnson, Jr.
Second Vice-Chair and County Supervisor Coggs-Jones added, “We encourage all residents to join us in this essential conversation about the future of our county. Your participation is vital as it allows us to consider diverse perspectives and ensure that the budget reflects the needs and priorities of our community. We are doing this together and need to hear from you.”
