WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) released the following statement after voting to advance the Right to IVF Act, which would establish a nationwide right to IVF:
“Every American deserves the right to decide if, how, and when to start a family, without any politicians or judges butting in. Since Republicans overturned Roe v. Wade, that cherished freedom has been put on the chopping block, including access to IVF.
