MSA Hires Cynthia Prest as Director of Human Resources
MADISON, Wis. (31 October 2019) – MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA) announced today the hiring of Cynthia Prest, PHR, SHRM-CP, ACC, as the firm’s new Director of Human Resources.
Prest brings 18 years of human resources and organizational development experience to her new role at MSA, most recently serving as HR Leader at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Prior to St. Mary’s, she worked at TDS Telecommunications, LLC, based in Middleton, with a 16-year tenure including roles as Human Resources Manager and Organizational Development Manager.

As Director of Human Resources at MSA and a key member of the firm’s leadership team, Cynthia will provide strategic HR direction and support across the firm to drive the HR mission, objectives and operating priorities; develop and manage firm-wide talent; guide new talent acquisition, development and retention; and create a mission- and values-driven, high-performance culture.
Prest earned her bachelor of art’s degree in Psychology from Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, North Carolina. She joins the firm’s office in Madison, Wisconsin.
