MILWAUKEE, AUGUST 28, 2018 Lyft, the fastest growing rideshare company in the U.S., today announced its alliance with Harley-Davidson as the official rideshare sponsor of the iconic motorcycle manufacturer’s 115th Anniversary celebration, taking place Wednesday, August 29th to Sunday, September 2nd  in Milwaukee. The alliance will allow local Milwaukeeans and Harley-Davidson fans the opportunity to ride smart over the revved-up weekend.

As part of its sponsorship, Lyft is offering riders the opportunity to enter a special sweepstakes using the Lyft mobile app for a chance to win their own Harley-Davidson® motorcycle*. Lyft users can use the code “HD115” to enter the sweepstakes through their Lyft app. This code also provides 20 percent off one ride to or from a participating pick-up or drop-off zone.

“As we continue to deepen our involvement in the Milwaukee area, working with Harley-Davidson – an institution of American culture with an enduring legacy throughout Wisconsin – is a major step forward,” said Jean-Paul Biondi, Wisconsin market manager, Lyft. “We’re excited to be part of this momentous celebration honoring the longstanding heritage of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and its riders, and do our part to ensure everyone coming to take part in this historic occasion can do so with a responsible, reliable and affordable ride.”

The alliance enables riders to take advantage of Lyft’s affordable and reliable transportation services during the five-day extravaganza via exclusive pick-up and drop-off zones throughout the Milwaukee area. Each pick-up and drop-off zone will include activities, giveaways and discount ride codes to the different event locations, which include:
