WalMart?? While it would be lovely if this retailing giant would fulfull it’s green promises and offer more things not made in China, perhaps engaging with WalMart is a co-optive move rather than a co-operative one. What about putting our valuable energies into building more local, sustainable business networks (like co-ops) than helping the giant that stomped all over local economies in the first place?
