"Wisconsin is working."
MADISON – Governor Scott Walker today released the following information from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development showing solid gains in employment for Wisconsin workers so far in 2017.

So even after eight years you still haven’t created 250,0000 jobs ? ( Promise / ” pledge” BROKEN )
Very true Eric !
What I also find interesting is that when the unemployment issues, economy, etc., are doing poorly in the state, then it was all Obama’s fault. But when it gets better, then Scooter takes credit for it !
Reality check: the entire US job market and economy is doing better now, not just Wisconsin, so it is national trend, not just a WI trend.
You talk about “fake news” !
Every time Wisconsin does poorly in comparison with its Midwest neighbors and the nation as a whole, Walker cites absolute numbers rather than its relative standing. The fact is that Wisconsin for much of Walkers tenure has been last in the Midwest and behind the nation in job creation. The desperation shown in the Foxconn agreement is the result of a Hobson’s choice: gamble the financial future of Wisconsin on a historically unreliable Chinese Company, or continue going down the negative road that Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and other Republican controlled states are now following.
Governor : You have reached all of the low hanging fruit of job recovery.
– Now you need to lower those unemployment numbers for the people in Racine and Beloit.
-That would be an accomplishment to boast about.
