The recent decision by FoxConn to create a manufacturing facility in Southeastern Wisconsin will serve to be a true game changer for commercial construction in Southeastern Wisconsin.
With an anticipated 20 million square feet of potential construction planned, this move by FoxConn will provide enormous momentum (BIG Mo) and a degree of prolonged construction sustainability never witnessed in our area. Mike Fabishak, CEO of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee stated that, “Kudos to Governor Walker and his able team for securing this extraordinary project. Along with the economic development and manufacturing employment benefits, the construction of this mega-facility will catapult construction employment to a level never before seen in this area.”
