Supervisor Lipscomb Invites Residents To a Town Hall Meeting on the Budget
Milwaukee County Supervisor Theodore Lipscomb, Sr. invites 1st District residents to join him for a Town Hall Meeting focusing on the County’s 2013 Budget at the North Shore Library.
Milwaukee County Supervisor Theodore Lipscomb, Sr. invites 1st District residents to join him for a Town Hall Meeting focusing on the County’s 2013 Budget at the North Shore Library on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 6 to 7 p.m.
The Town Hall meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to hear an overview of the 2013 Recommended Budget and to speak directly with Supervisor Lipscomb regarding any questions or concerns they may have about it.
“As I continue to work hard to review the County Executive’s Recommended Budget, I recognize the importance of communicating on important County issues in a manner that is open and inclusive,” said Supervisor Lipscomb. “I look forward to receiving feedback from constituents.”
The Milwaukee County Executive has proposed a budget of $1.3 billion, covering everything from the Airport to the Zoo.
