Milwaukee—We’re uncovering the dark, seedy side of Wisconsin’s criminal element at our November Science on Tap, where science and culture intersect over cocktails!
We see forensic scientists collect and analyze evidence to put away the bad guy on TV and in the movies every day. Join us on Thursday, November 10 when Diana Johnson, Assistant Professor and Chair of the Forensic Science Department at Marian University in Fond du Lac, tells us what real-life forensic science investigations look like.
Diana will divulge the methods used by forensic scientists to help solve some of our state’s lesser known criminal cases, like the story of the husband who dismembered his wife on their honeymoon.
Science on Tap lectures are $10 or $5 for Museum members. The social hour begins at 6 p.m. with light hor d’oeuvres and a cash bar. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. For more information, on our November 10 event, go to http://www.mpm.edu/scienceontap.
