Russ For Wisconsin Off To Strong Fundraising Start
Six weeks after announcement, Feingold has raised over $2.2 million
Middleton – In the latest demonstration of broad support and political strength, Russ Feingold‘s campaign announced that it raised over $2.2 Million for the 2nd quarter. Aided by thousands of grassroots donors, Feingold reached this level of support despite only entering the race on May 14.
Feingold expects to report nearly $2 Million in cash on hand for the campaign on the FEC reports to be filed in July.
“I’m honored by the support we’ve seen in the early weeks of this campaign,” said Feingold. “I’ve always listened to the people of Wisconsin, and I’ve always fought for their priorities. Now I’m happy to have thousands of them working side by side with us in our campaign.”

- Raised over $2.2 million.

- Over 10,500 individual donors from across the state of Wisconsin.
- 69 percent of Russ’s donations were for $25 or less.
