How about a multigenerational community center including a senior center (the County’s McGovern Park Senior Center closed earlier this year due to catestrophic flooding and persistence of mold), with mixed housing and grocery store as the anchors?
Totally agree mpbehar. I would make one addition, green space around the housing.
Every new development should have green space, with water, trees, walking paths, flowering perinneals. Not unlike the “Village 43 (F Street Developer)” just east of 76th St. on the north side of Brown Deer Road, with a large pond. (It is missing trees, unfortunately!)
What…no prison or juvenile detention facility?
