More glass, steel and concrete with a few struggling trees. I liked the idea of bringing back the natural waterfront. Seems to be getting lost. Those fish hotels were a good sign…seemingly lost in singe bottom line economics. Leave out the ecosystem services. Wonder how the rising lake level and falling lake levels will play out here? Does this make for a human” livable”environment? I’ll get my yacht and 24 footer sailing craft and be right there.
