Mr. Horne, did you by any chance reach out to Jabari Parker to see if he could provide some renderings of the completed house? It would be aweseome to see what the plan is, as right now it is hard to imagine anything other than a warehouse. Perhaps you could even get a tour of the construction and interior.
I’ve been in the basement, it’s a weird maze of oversized concrete foundations. The 3 large openings in the west wall along the alley were enlarged around 2007 or 2008 when WEPCO needed to remove the massive transformers that were inside the building. The tunnel still exists, it’s blocked off approx 1/2 way under the alley.
