It is not the name of a game, but rather the brand under which we (and our predecessors of right) have been doing business for several decades. Furthermore, please be advised that the particular nail pounding service offered under the Hammer-Schlagen® tradename originated in Stillwater, MN, not Bavaria.

    We respectfully request that you cease and desist your infringement upon our intellectual property.
