MillerCoors lights up the valley with a holiday show

By - Dec 4th, 2011 04:00 am

Miller employees and families were invited for a special presentation in the Miller Valley on Thursday night, one that featured a hologram “Girl in the Moon,” then a bombastic display of 300,000 lights set in motion to Christmas music, some fireworks, and a concert back inside the main hall. TCD’s Lacy Landre was there, and she brought her camera.

Luckily, Ms. Landre’s camera also shoots video and she brought back this report, along with a photo gallery from the location on our Flickr account here.

The “Holiday Lites” show starts in earnest this weekend through Dec. 23 with Friday and Saturday shows between 4:40 – 8:00 p.m. with tours running every 20 minutes. Visitors can also get a mini-tour during this time. There is also a donation area helping Toys for Tots and Feeding America where the public can bring new, unwrapped gifts or non-perishable food.
