Hey guys, check out Tom Daykin’s latest on the Kohl’s situation in men falls….

I encourage ya’ll do get some reader mockups on what a downtown HQ would look like. Just for fun! Even if it’s futile it gets people thinking. Most people have so little vision they can’t really understand how incredibly huge it would be to get Kohl’s downtown…. think about it – a few photoshop mockups of large new office buildigns on the park east (or elsewhere) with bullet points: * 4000 jobs * $$ millions in spendin ** 100 new businesses and restaurants *** more sell outs at the bradley center… and more!
