    Frank Zeidler: Now that’s the beginning of slums and slumlords. The real bad example of it, I think, is that which happened along Commerce Street.

    Nik Kovac: So you think those are the slums of the future?

    FZ: Yeah, I think those are the future slums.

    NK: My dad thinks the same thing.

    FZ: Huh?

    NK: My dad has the same opinion. Every time we drive down Commerce…

    FZ: Yeah, no lots, no nothing there, and overpriced.
