    Is it just me or does it appear that someone at DPW was celebrating the New Year a little early when the bike lane accessorizing was completed? Perhaps they simply attempted it on a really windy day.

    @Scott I wondered about that as well, but I think that was from the spraying process. I think if you see them now they will look fine.
