Again this year, residents were asked to nominate great landscaping or gardens and send in photos for judging.

The 2012 winner is Leni Mosely!

Leni, a resident of Halyard Park who has been gardening all of her life, received gardening tips and knowledge from her parents while being raised on a farm.

Honorable mention winner is Theresa Robinson!

The landscape award project showcases how neighbors make the community great and encouraged residents to honor one another’s efforts in sustaining a livable, healthy neighborhood.

Congratulations, Leni!
