Where do you work and what makes your role awesome?

I work in sales at Medovations. I love the vibe of the office; it’s a laid back yet productive environment and everyone here is your friend. I’ve never worked somewhere with such a young and cool feeling atmosphere. Medo really values its employees and that’s a great feeling.

What do you love most about Milwaukee?

My favorite thing about Milwaukee is the lake. It might as well be an ocean. It’s perfect for long runs and walks, or just to look at. Also, a game of beach volleyball on the Bradford courts is never a bad idea.

What is one word that you would use to describe Milwaukee?

Poppin’

Where do you see Milwaukee in five years?

More people, more apartment complexes with rooftop pools and a light rail/metro transit that goes all around downtown and surrounding areas to avoid traffic. Also Bublr stations, but for rollerblades instead of bikes. And more ice cream shops. Then it might have a chance at bumping Minneapolis out of the best Midwestern city to live in.

What local restaurant is at the top of your list?

Wolf Peach for all three meals. The brunch is fresh and the patio is gorgeous. Lunch and dinner are smaller plates meant for sharing…I’ve tried so many new foods at this restaurant alone. Don’t be discouraged when you don’t know what 50% of the menu is..…..just bring your phone along so you can Google what everything is. Or don’t if you’re the adventurous type. Power to you!

What neighborhood do you live in and why do you love it?

I live on the East Side and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. It is right in the heart of all the fun downtown. You are close to the lake and both major bar streets, but it’s also a very safe-feeling community. You couldn’t choose a better spot.
