MILWAUKEE_December focus will be on creating Vision Boards at The Sugar Maple, 441 E Lincoln Avenue on Monday, December 19^th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.

Join Push MKE’s Julie Rowley who will guide you through the vision board process as you focus your intentions, dream big, and create your own vision board to begin to make your dreams a reality in 2023!

Tickets for “Menopausal Monday Mixer” are $5 each through 12/18 or $10 at the door on 12/19 (cash or cc). Menopausal Monday Mixer is an uplifting, informative, relaxing and welcoming group of women who meet monthly to create community by supporting each other through engaging and entertaining topics. All women, 21 and older, are encouraged to attend; you do not need to be in the midst of menopause to participate.

“I believe we, as women, have a deep sense of wisdom and power growing within us, and I want to celebrate that power, lift each other up, and learn from each other” explains Push MKE’s Julie Rowley. “Just as there are parent groups when children are born, we need a group for women that helps us navigate all the getting older stuff that we tend to deal with by ourselves. Menopause feels different in each person, and we need each other to know we are not alone.”

Julie has been creating vision boards for over two decades. Every year Julie creates a new vision board to set her intention & goals and successfully helps bring them to fruition.
